Beginner's Course Application

Thank you for your interest in our beginner's course. To apply for a place on our course please complete the information below or download a blank application form and return it to the address provided.

If you are under eighteen, after you submit the form you will see a button in the middle of the screen that says 'Open Completed Form' if you press this button the completed application form will open in Microsoft Word. We need you to print the application and get your parent or guardian to sign it to confirm that we can store your information in our database. If you do not send the completed application form to us we can not store your information and you will not be offered a place on the course. This is to comply with The Data Protection Act 1998.

It is important that we are aware of any disabilities that you may have so that we can ensure that our training course's, facilities and coaching are suitable for your needs.This information is confidential and will only be accessible by club officials.

In the unlikely event of an accident or emergency it is important that club officials have the contact details of a friend or member of the family. This is particularly true for archers under the age of eighteen and in these circumstances the emergency contact should be a parent or guardian.

The information in this section will be used to assess your archery experience to ensure the suitability of the beginner's course for your personal circumstances. We also use the information to determine the effectiveness of promotions and advertising materials and to estimate the number of people likely to want to join the club after completing the beginner's course.
